For ligation of DNA fragments and nicks. Usage for reactions concerning insertion of gene of interest into vectors, and addition of linkers to DNA. This product is a DNA Ligase which is derived from T4 Phage. It ligates DNA fragments and nicks.

Application: 1. Insertion of DNA fragment into a vector

2. Linker (or Adaptor) ligation with DNA fragment
