Moreover, this kit is versatile and can be used with primary fibroblasts or peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), including lymphocytes, monocytes, and dendritic cells. Whether for adherent growth or suspension-based applications, our reprogramming protocol adapts to either traditional electroporation or chemically mediated transfection, providing flexibility to accommodate customer preferences in transduction methods.
The kit utilizes our proprietary episomal reprogramming method, which requires only a single transfection step for efficient cell reprogramming. As a result, it includes a carefully selected combination of episomal DNA vectors and small molecule inhibitors, enabling robust reprogramming while preserving pluripotency markers. For optimal results, we recommend targeting low passage, mitotically active cells, as they yield the best reprogramming efficiency.
