Human iPSC Episomal DNA Reprogramming Kit
Our proprietary Human iPSC Episomal DNA Reprogramming plasmid mix is specifically designed to reprogram any starting cell type into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) with high efficiency. Moreover, this ready-to-use iPSC reprogramming kit includes individual reprogramming factors (RFs) such as Oct-4, Sox-2, and Klf-4, each contained in EBNA-1 vectors with a CMV promoter and poly A sequences for optimized expression. Episomal reprogramming ensures safe and effective reprogramming while avoiding the oncogenic risks associated with c-Myc, l-Myc, and Lin28 transcription factors.
In addition to the core RFs, this mix includes a p53 anti-sense element to protect cells from apoptosis during early reprogramming stages and a Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) Reporter for tracking transfection efficiency and episomal DNA silencing.
