Validity period: 2 years
Operation method
(1) Dissolve 17.7 g of this product in approximately 800 mL of ultrapure water.
(2) Add an appropriate amount of sodium hydrogen carbonate to dissolve it, and make up to 1000 mL.
(3) Immediately sterilize the prepared medium solution in a sterilized medium bottle with a membrane filter (0.22 μm).
(4) Please use immediately after preparing the medium. When storing, please store under refrigerated conditions.
(5) When using, aseptically add the additive RD-1 as necessary before use.
E-RDF medium is an improved, "Enriched" version of RDF medium ( RPMI 1640:DMEM:HAMF12, (2:1:1))
