CARD HyperOva® is an ultra-superovulation reagent that induces superovulation at higher efficiency than conventional methods with PMSG-hCG. Treatment with CARD HyperOva® yields 3-4 times more oocytes on average with C57BL/6J mice and is also effective with other strains. Moreover, further gains in efficiency can be realized by using CARD Medium during the IVF procedure.

After opening the CARD HyperOva®, can it be subdivided and stored frozen? |

No. We do not recommend refreezing after thawing because we cannot guarantee the quality. |

I didn't ovulate much. Is it defective? |

For C57BL/6J mice, administration is recommended between 26 and 30 days of age (birth date is considered as 0 days of age). Due to the nature of the product, the effects of this product may not be fully obtained at certain ages. In addition, the optimum age in weeks may differ depending on the strain. For special strains and ages, please contact us individually. |

A sediment is deposited on the product. Are there any problems with using it? |

In rare cases, ingredients may precipitate. Precipitates are not the main component of this product. Avoid deposits during use. |

Is CARD HyperOva ® effective against hyperovulation in rats? |

This product is manufactured based on mouse antigens. The effect of superovulation in rats has been confirmed to some extent, though not as much as in mice. In the case of rats, we administer 0.4-0.8mL up to 5-week-old rats, and 48-56 hours later, hCG (15-30IU/head) is administered, and eggs are collected the next morning. Please note that the reactivity differs depending on the rat strain |
