The molecular weight size is easy to see, and it can be used immediately (no dilution or heat treatment is required!).
The unstained type can also be used as a positive control for Western blotting when using anti-His tag antibodies.
NON-Prestained SIMASIMA-Ladder
- The bands are sharp and easy to see, and the mobility is accurate and highly reproducible, making it easy to estimate molecular weight.
- Since it contains a His tag, it can also be used as a positive control for Western blotting when using an anti-His tag antibody.
- Use 5 μL for CBB staining, and 0.2 to 0.5 μL for silver staining or SYPRO® Ruby staining.
- It is stable for one year even when stored at 4℃.
- *It is stable for 2 to 3 months even at 25℃. For long-term storage, store at -20℃
Prestained SIMASIMA-Ladder
- Ideal for checking separation conditions during electrophoresis and evaluating blotting efficiency after electrophoresis.
- Band intensities may vary when transferred to membrane.
- Since the estimated molecular weight may vary depending on the acrylamide concentration T (%) and cross-linking degree C (%) of the gel used, this marker is not suitable for determining the exact molecular weight.
- It is stable for one year when stored at 4℃.
