DNA quantification kit
Simple and rapid quantification of cell number in culture system
The DNA quantification kit is a kit for compensation by comparing and quantifying the amount of DNA using fluorescence in an experimental system where cell counting is difficult.
Features
- This measurement kit is a product developed for the purpose of simply and quickly quantifying the number of cells in a culture system.
- Intracellular DNA can be easily quantified using the intercalate reaction of double-stranded DNA and the fluorescent dye Hoechst33258, and the number of cells can be standardized based on the amount of DNA.
Composition
- 10 ml coloring solution
- 2 x 150 ml buffer
- Standard solution (DNA 100 µg/ml) 2 ml x 1
Example of use

Frequently asked questions and answers (FAQ)
Q: Can I use buffer solutions other than those supplied with the kit?
A: RNA is also quantified in addition to DNA when buffers other than those supplied with the kit are used. Therefore, be sure to use the buffer provided with the kit (composition not disclosed).
