The calcification staining kit is a staining kit that contains alizarin red S, a dye that binds to calcium, and is designed to easily stain calcified bone nodules.
Intended use
Osteoblasts, which are responsible for bone formation, are known to increase alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin, etc. over time depending on the degree of differentiation and form bone nodules with deposited calcium.

Composition
- Buffer (100 times concentrated) 60 mL 1 bottle
- 10 tubes for 10 mL staining substrate
* Ten 24-well plates can be stained.
* AK21 does not contain fixative (methanol). Please purchase separately.
