Reelin, an extracellular matrix protein, regulates the positioning of neurons in the cerebral cortex and cerebellum, and plays an important role in the normal layer formation. For the function of Reelin, tryrosine phosphorylation of Disabled1 (Dab1), an adopter protein in the cell, via Reelin receptors is thought to play a central role. This antibody was produced by immunizing rabbits with His-tagged protein of the PTB doman and region including the tyrosine phosphorylation site of mouse Dab1. It can be used for immmunoprecipitation, etc.
