AIM (Apoptosis inhibitor of macrophage) is produced with the macrophage and acts on the adipose cell and the macrophage. A strong relation to the metabolic syndrome is admitted in AIM as arteriosclerosis is made to be progressed by controlling obesity, and controlling the cell death of the macrophage by resolving the neutral fat that accumulates in the adipose cell. The condition diagnosis related to the metabolic syndrome and the application to the treatment are expected.
