It operates by using an electrical impulse to heat a metal wire, which then melts the plastic layers together to create a secure seal. This seal is permanent and can only be broken by cutting the material open.
How Impulse Sealers Work
Impulse sealers work by applying heat only when the sealing arm is pressed down, which means they do not require a warm-up time. This feature makes them energy-efficient, as they consume power only during the sealing process. The heating element, often made from a Nichrome alloy, heats up rapidly when the device is activated, allowing for quick sealing of materials

The Poly Sealer is a compact sealer for use in the lab, stores and factories. It is compatibles for 20cm and 30cm length sealing, and can heat seals up to 0.2mm in thickness.

 Features

 Sealer has a lamp that indicated Heating / Cooling modes.

 
The lamp above the timer lights up red when sealer is heating and blue when cooling. When cooling is complete the blue lamp goes off and a beep sound will indicate that the sealing has completely cooled down.
