N-Histofine® High Stain™ HRP (MULTI) is a Two-step (as compared to conventional One-step) polymer detection system designed to maximize immunohistochemical signal intensity of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissue sections stained with primary antibodies from either mouse or rabbit. It deploys Nichirei Bio’s patented Universal Immuno-enzyme Polymer (UIP) technology that combines amino acid polymers with multiple molecules of peroxidase (PO) and secondary antibodies reduced to Fab’ fragments. To eliminate background staining, secondary antibodies undergo solid-phase adsorption with human serum.
