Cosmedium 005 Hybridoma medium is a hubridoma culture medium useful for antibody production. The amount of antibody produced is greatly improved, and it is possible to recover the amount of antibody of 1 mg / mL or more.

Features

Performance evaluation

FIG. 1 COS-005, a hybridoma producing a human antibody, was cultured using another company's product.
The hybridoma used is derived from mice and produces antibodies in the late stage of culture (1 week or more).
The peak of cell proliferation was on the 10th day of culture in both media, but the cell number of COS-005 was higher than that of other companies' products.
In antibody production, other companies' products peaked on the 6th day, while COS-005 maintained a high level from 8th to 17th.
