Overview

Protein A (Staphylococcus aureus), Protein L (Finegoldia magna), Protein G (group G streptococci) are known as affinity molecules to antibodies.
We developed affinity resin for antibody purification using these affinity molecules.

Features

  • Since a synthetic polymer is used for the matrix, non-specific adsorption is low and high pressure resistance can be expected.
  • It has better cost performance than conventional antibody purification resins.
  • Four types of resin are available. Please choose according to your needs.
    • Alkali resistant protein A resin, alkali resistant protein G resin (Catalog No.: PRX-AAR-025, PRX-GAR-025)
      It has high alkali resistance and can be used repeatedly.
    • Weak acid eluting protein A resin (code: PRX-AWA-025)
      Possible to elute with weak acidity. The risk of antibody deactivation and aggregation can be avoided.
    • Alkali resistant protein L resin (code: PRX-LAR-025)
      It has high alkali resistance and can be used repeatedly.
      Can be used to purify antibodies containing kappa light chains, such as small antibody scFv.
