Real-time PCR primer set (for adipocytes/tissues) is a primer set for real-time PCR (Cybergreen method) that is useful for analysis of gene expression in mice and rats
Intended use
The expression level of each gene can be quantitatively measured by real-time PCR (Cybergreen method). It is also designed to have a PCR product length that can be detected by ethidium bromide staining after agarose gel electrophoresis, and can be used in normal RT-PCR.
(Note) The amount of PCR product depends on the sample, PCR reagents, and equipment, so optimization by the customer is required.
