Primary Antibody (anti c-Myc [CAC-XIM-MA001]) 1 : 1000 dilution (1μg/mL) Secondary Antibody (anti mouse IgG-HRP, Bethyl Laboratories, Cat.No. A90-216P) 1 : 3000 dilution Anti c-Myc [CAC-XIM-MA001] detection of c-Myc tag: Based on CBB Staining result, the c-Myc tagged fluorescent protein exhibited a higher molecular weight compared to the non-tagged version of fluorescent protein. Further, the Anti c-Myc antibody detected the c-Myc tagged- but not the non-tagged version of fluorescent protein.
